📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to frame ambiguous business problems and shape analytical approaches • Deliver actionable insights supporting data-driven strategy and organizational performance • Resolve conflicting metric definitions and establish shared business semantics • Design and own reusable semantic models and reporting frameworks across departments • Integrate data from CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and ad hoc files • Architect and maintain enterprise-level dashboards • Document analytical reasoning and metric logic for long-term reuse • Establish standards for building and reusing analytics work • Mentor analysts and enable self-service users to build sound data products

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or data-focused roles, with accountability for analytics deliverables from framing through delivery • Advanced hands-on fluency with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, including complex query work and performance tuning • Experience with cloud platforms; Azure preferred and AWS relevant • Python proficiency for manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data • Experience designing and maintaining semantic models or metric layers for multiple audiences • Knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts including star schemas and slowly changing dimensions • Experience applying software engineering practices to analytics, including version control, code review, modularity, and documentation • Experience reconciling CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms • Experience building data validation checks • Ability to scope vague stakeholder requests into projects and communicate results effectively • Experience mentoring others or establishing durable standards • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline • New employees must successfully complete a background check • Cover letter and resume required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements may apply
