• Develop ideas, titles, and descriptions for videos • Coordinate video editing, visuals, and posting • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips • Manage scheduling and posting on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram • Distribute and manage posts across Reddit, Substack, LinkedIn articles, and X articles • Identify and flag potential leads from X and Reddit • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) • Engage through comments and DMs • Create content based on sales calls and client conversations • Assist in creating lead magnets and supporting materials • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads • Process payroll • Manage email drips and automations • Learn the systems and structure of FounderBrands to support operations • Analyze content performance to determine what drives engagement and leads • Research competitors to understand offers, positioning, and growth systems • Process payroll and assist with administrative operations • Research and book hotels, Airbnbs, flights, golf courses, and restaurants for both business and personal travel

🎯 Requirements

• Significant video editing experience • Fluent English speaker with minimal accent • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Experience with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, IG) • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
