• Maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and comfort of guest rooms and public areas • Ensuring that all areas meet the hotel's quality, safety and hygiene standards • Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience • Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with customer complaints • Making sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean
