📋 Description

• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything needed for a smooth-running shift • Maintain high standards and keep customers happy • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience • Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence • Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts • Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean • Address issues quickly and safely
