📋 Description

• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything needed for smooth shifts • Maintain high standards and keep customers happy • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience • Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence • Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts • Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean • Address operational issues quickly and safely

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls • Great attention to detail • Ability to act as a role model for excellent service • Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team
