📋 Description
• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything needed for smooth shifts • Maintain high standards and keep customers happy • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience • Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence • Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts • Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean • Address issues quickly and safely • Model excellent service and warmly welcome every customer
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role • Ability to provide a heartfelt and memorable customer experience • Ability to deputise for the management team • Ability to organise and coordinate a team during busy shifts • Attention to detail when pouring drinks • Ability to maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar • Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts • Positive can-do attitude • Team-player mindset
