📋 Description

• Own the technical delivery and strategic direction of the Technical Consulting practice • Manage a highly technical team • Build and scale a team capable of handling complex integrations • Establish technical standards and best practices • Champion AI transformation by embedding tools like Claude into daily workflows • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and technical feasibility • Partner with Pre and Post-sales teams to scope integrations work • Manage deep technical escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment • 3+ years in people management • Hands-on experience architecting and overseeing integrations using iPaaS tools (Workato, Kombo, or similar) • A track record of shipping integrations at scale, rather than just one-off custom builds • Demonstrated proficiency in driving AI adoption to automate workflows and create an environment of experimentation • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field, a plus • Unique talents and perspectives that may not align with a given role, but are valued
