📋 Description

• Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on our Debt Management Program • Support client accounts and ensure seamless account management • Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications • Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations • Encourage and motivate clients throughout their financial journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required • 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center preferred) • A strong sense of professionalism when supporting clients • Strong communication skills—empathetic, professional, and clear • Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools • Comfort with numbers and basic financial calculations
