📋 Description

• You are responsible for the overall management of our content strategy. • Your task is to ensure consistent and compelling brand content across all our channels, driving our growth story in the dynamic energy-tech sector. • You will work closely with our Marketing, Product and Leadership teams and manage a wide range of content formats. • You create engaging, SEO-optimized content that turns technical and complex topics into compelling stories with a clear message and target audience. • You also develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met. • You analyze content performance across the entire customer journey and optimize core messages for each stage.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. • You have at least three years of content-creation experience, preferably with a B2B focus, and know how to strategically reach defined audiences across different touchpoints. • You are creative yet detail-oriented, value smart storytelling, and think beyond traditional content formats. • As an enthusiastic social media expert, you can readily evaluate the impact of individual activities on KPIs such as clicks and reach. • You have an interest in renewable energy and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex subject areas. • Initial experience with tools such as Figma, Webflow (or WordPress) and HubSpot is an advantage. • Fluent English and good German round off your profile.
