📋 Description
• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program objectives. • Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support operational and policy decisions. • Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to define data requirements and reporting needs. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal data security and privacy regulations. • Prepare and present findings, reports, and visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Support automation of data processing and reporting workflows. • Contribute to continuous process improvement and performance metrics development.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, and visualization tools • Bachelor's degree • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
