🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale program operations or implementation leadership, preferably in the education or social development sector. • Proven record of significantly improving operational efficiency and implementation predictability across multi-state or multi-functional teams. • Strong command of data-informed management with proven ability to leverage operational data to drive coordination and accountability. • Highly skilled in facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple internal functions and external partners. • High degree of ownership, a strong bias for action, and a willingness to be hands-on and frugal. • Desired: Exposure to grant or donor project execution is a significant advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with ambiguity and innovative ideas.
