📋 Description

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance • Listen actively to customer concerns • Build rapport and establish positive relationships • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. • Assist customers with placing orders and managing account information • Accurately record all customer interactions • Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery

🎯 Requirements
