📋 Description

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing KPIs to ensure stable payment performance; • Investigate payment anomalies and resolve transactional issues; • Optimize payment flows, provider distribution, and cashier performance; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment operations; • Ensure high-quality payment processes and successful traffic launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Billing/Payment Specialist or in online payments; • Demonstrate confidence in working with financial and transactional data; • Use Excel and MS Office tools at an advanced level; • Understand online payment integrations, funnels, and payment flows; • Communicate effectively in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher; • Work confidently with payment systems and transactional services; • Interact with international partners in both written and spoken English.
