• Travel across the UK to launch and train new kitchen partners (4–5 per week) • Train teams on food prep, presentation, and brand standards • Take full ownership of launches—from planning to go-live • Act as the face of Growth Kitchen on-site • Work closely with Account Managers to hand over high-performing sites • Feed real-time insights back to improve how we launch kitchens
• Experience working in restaurants or professional kitchens (essential) • Ready to travel regularly and manage a fast-moving weekly schedule • Confident training and leading teams you’ve just met • Highly organised and comfortable working independently • Ambitious—you want to move into Account Management or operations • Resilient and adaptable under pressure
