📋 Description

• Serve as the voice of the market and customer for an enterprise agentic application modernization platform • Work alongside engineering and product teams on a monthly release cycle • Translate complex technical capabilities into high-impact go-to-market strategies • Own TAM sizing, competitive intelligence, ideal customer profiles, and business-case narratives • Synthesize market signals using generative AI tools and agentic workflows • Empower direct sales teams and cloud partner channels • Build and maintain TAM models and track pipeline projections for executive and board-level strategy • Mine Gong and CRM data such as HubSpot for objections, themes, and buying signals • Maintain competitive intelligence repositories and create sales battlecards • Refine the enterprise ICP using win/loss data and field feedback • Translate monthly release features into positioning, messaging frameworks, and seller talk tracks • Convert technical assessments into executive-ready business cases for IT leaders and budget owners • Develop channel enablement briefs and collateral for partner account executives and technical specialists • Direct AI agents generating multi-channel collateral while maintaining editorial standards and brand voice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field • Must be physically located and authorized to work in the Greater Seattle area • 5+ years of professional B2B product marketing experience for software, developer tools, or advanced technical services • Strong technical foundation communicating with software engineers and cloud architects regarding legacy modernization and modern architectures • Hands-on, daily proficiency with generative AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT • Experience building, defending, and maintaining Total Addressable Market (TAM) and market-sizing models • Track record producing sales enablement materials with verified adoption across active enterprise sales teams • Ability to operate within rapid monthly release cycles, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities • Strong experience in quantitative modeling and TAM, AI and agentic workflows, revenue intelligence and CRM, GTM and sales enablement, and modernization fundamentals • Advanced English proficiency with sharp, direct writing and superior editorial judgment • Strong analytical acumen and commercial judgment • High autonomy, organizational discipline, and comfort operating inside fast-paced monthly delivery cadences • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills • Nice to have: Microsoft partner ecosystem experience, legacy application environment familiarity, modern platform familiarity, and prior AI-driven software delivery, cloud migration, or developer platform experience
