📋 Description

• Portfolio Management : Oversee 4-6 projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring strategic alignment across our asset portfolio. • Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as the bridge between SEO, content, development, and marketing teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently. • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor Product Owners, empowering them with ownership while providing strategic direction and support. • Hands-On Execution : Take direct ownership of one important project, executing key SEO and operational tasks to drive performance. • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement operational strategies that support our growth trajectory and enable us to scale our portfolio. • Partner Management : Communicate and coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure project success. • Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement systems that allow us to scale efficiently as we grow. • Performance Oversight : Monitor project health across the portfolio, identifying risks early and adjusting priorities to maximize traffic, clickouts, and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping plates spinning without dropping the ball. • SEO Knowledge : Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals - you should be able to execute SEO processes and make informed strategic decisions. • iGaming Affiliate Experience : Extensive prior experience in the iGaming affiliate space is essential. • Strategic Thinking : Ability to see the bigger picture across multiple projects while understanding the details that matter. • Hands-On Mentality : Comfortable switching between strategic oversight and rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed. • Team Management : Experience managing and developing team members, particularly in empowering them with ownership. • Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure evolves and priorities shift. • Communication : Excellent at coordinating across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
