📋 Description

• Growth Lending provides bespoke growth capital to high-growth SMEs; lent more than £1bn and operates in the UK, US, Philippines and South Africa. • Lead origination and execution of term debt (credit lines £2m–£10m) across UK B2B sectors. • Source, structure and execute deals and support a wide range of M&A and growth capital transactions. • Perform in-depth analysis to balance risks and rewards; require forensic attention to detail. • Build deep, enduring industry relationships and carve out own business development path. • Work within a culture valuing authenticity, courage, responsibility, collaboration, flexibility and continuous professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in sourcing, structuring and executing deals • Well-networked and focused deal originator • Ability to originate and execute credit lines of £2m–£10m across UK B2B sectors • Experience supporting M&A and growth capital transactions • Strong analytical skills and forensic attention to detail • Self-belief, drive and willingness to look beyond the ordinary • Ability to build deep, abiding industry relationships and carve own business development path
