📋 Description
•This is a remote position. •The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications. •The Salesforce Admin will work with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce.com as the primary tool for customer service, sales, and marketing. •Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields. •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation. •Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential. •Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce. •Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage.
🎯 Requirements
•3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience •Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration •Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities •Proficient in SQL and Apex programming •Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role •Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification •Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems •Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration •Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases •In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities •A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred •Experience working for a consulting or software development company
