• Oversee and manage the Amazon UK & Germany seller accounts for our portfolio of Health and Wellness brands, ensuring optimal performance, sales growth, profitability metrics and brand visibility. • Work closely with third-party partners, including suppliers, distributors, and service providers, to ensure smooth operations, proper compliance, and the successful execution of strategies. • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for Amazon UK & Germany operations, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and align with each brand’s financial goals. • Utilize your extensive experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to effectively plan and forecast inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes. • Lead brand initiatives for international Amazon expansion, leveraging your experience to identify growth opportunities and navigate challenges in new markets. • Regularly analyze account performance metrics, identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability. • Partner with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management and market penetration in the UK and Germany.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon account management, with a focus on FBA and international markets. • Experience managing Amazon UK & Germany accounts is highly preferred. • Exceptional project management is a must. • Proficiency in working with third-party partners, strong budget management skills, and a deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations. • Proven track record of successfully expanding brands on Amazon in international markets. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. • English required; fluency in German preferred (bilingual in English and German).
