📋 Description
• Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists • Save & Distribute Incoming Mail • Download and save court ECF Filings using firm naming conventions • Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software • Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software • Polished and professional office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and professional manner at all times • Ad Hoc projects such as: large PDF bookmarking projects, large OCR projects
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting • Strength in MS Teams preferred • Previous remote work experience preferred • iManage, Chrome River and Kofax experience preferred • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
