📋 Description

• Draft shell pleadings, including answers, discovery responses, and captions • Create tables of contents and authorities using Best Authority • Perform document comparisons and redlines • Convert documents • Revise documents • Apply Bates numbering using Kofax • Assemble PDFs using Kofax • Edit PowerPoint presentations • Edit Excel documents • Organize and name incoming documents in the firm’s Document Management System (iManage) • Prepare confidential and sensitive legal documents across all 50 states using templates and forms within Microsoft Suite programs, Kofax Power PDF, and other firm software • Replace text, run document comparisons, create tables of contents and authorities, perform mail merges, create fillable forms, and edit presentations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience drafting pleadings in a law firm setting • Strength in MS Teams preferred • Previous remote work experience preferred • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Basic understanding of litigation workflow preferred • Ability to work evening hours • Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule • Must work one of the specified Monday-Friday shifts with a mandatory 1-hour lunch • Cover letter and resume required for consideration
