📋 Description

• You will be a key contributor responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the platform • Work on maintaining the stability and evolution of services • Operate with high observability and rapid incident response • Focus on failure prevention, mitigation of business impact, and continuous improvement of environments • Configure and evolve monitoring and observability systems (logs, metrics, and traces) • Monitor service health in real time • Participate in the monitoring, investigation, and resolution of environment failures • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose permanent fixes • Proactively work on failure prediction and mitigation of business impacts • Support and lead improvements in performance, resilience, and automation of environments • Lead end-to-end resolution of high-impact incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field • Strong experience with complex UNIX/Linux distributed architectures (microservices, multi-layered systems) • Experience with observability and monitoring • Hands-on experience with logs, metrics, and tracing • Experience with automation • Strong background in system performance and resilience • Advanced log analysis skills • Practical experience defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs and error budgets • Experience validating complex environments • Ability to collect structured evidence • Experience investigating critical incidents • Experience supporting highly critical production environments • Proven ability to document, communicate, and provide technical leadership during incidents
