📋 Description

• Lead the company’s strategic financial planning. • Manage international operations: payments, receivables, imports, exports and foreign exchange. • Maintain relationships with banks, consultancies, investors and global partners. • Ensure financial and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Support Board and Executive decisions with accurate reporting and advanced analysis. • Oversee treasury, accounting, controllership and FP&A.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing financial operations at large companies, both domestically and internationally. • Strategic approach to results analysis, financial planning, risk management and capital structure optimization. • Work closely with legal and accounting teams to design optimal strategies. • Preparation and monitoring of budget, forecasts and long-term planning. • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange operations, hedging, international taxation, funds transfers and global payment structuring. • Analysis of income statements (P&L), cash flow, performance indicators (KPIs) and project viability. • Knowledge of IFRS, SOX, Brazilian tax law and international regulations (US and Europe). • Implementation of policies to mitigate currency, tax and financial risks. • Negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholders in Brazil and abroad; advanced or fluent English.
