📋 Description

• Participate in defining the team's delivery objectives, as well as planning and organizing the team's activities to achieve those objectives. • Lead the team to overcome obstacles, resolve blockers and proactively complete work tasks. • Participate in product implementation decisions, understanding the domain of the products you work on as well as the products you interact with, designing solutions aligned with existing architectural definitions and assisting other developers in improving product architecture. • Implement the best solutions for our consumers, always prioritizing simplicity, quality, performance, programming best practices and an excellent user experience. • Promote and apply improved development practices such as Code Review and Pair Programming to maintain good development standards and reduce vulnerabilities. • Influence and guide the team in developing a testing approach, creating various types of tests (unit, integration, functional and performance tests). • Build and improve the different monitoring systems for the products you work on, and participate in incident analysis and remediation. • Work on resolving failures within your team's domain and in peer teams, participating in both short-term (palliative) and structural action plans. • Use data and facts to identify improvements and map opportunities (including technical debt, process improvements and partner relationships). • Investigate, test and propose the adoption of new technologies. • Keep documentation up to date. • Work collaboratively, providing feedback to peers and leaders, and helping the team learn about practical improvements and patterns. • Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, tailoring technical and non-technical topics to the intended audience. • Contribute to and encourage a team culture where people are motivated to share their opinions and participate respectfully in discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on product squads using agile development models, oriented to business objectives. • Experience programming with NodeJS. • Experience building microservices. • Understanding of consuming RESTful APIs. • Experience programming in JavaScript (NodeJS), HTML and Shell. • Experience with version control: Git and GitHub. • Experience with at least one of the following approaches: SOLID, Clean Architecture, Clean Code. • Experience with serverless and container technologies, such as AWS Lambda, Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with React.JS. • Experience building BFFs and micro-frontends. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB and DynamoDB) and relational databases (such as PostgreSQL). • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of one of the CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or CircleCI. • Experience with monitoring tools, such as New Relic and the AWS ecosystem. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed and diverse team. • Experience with distributed system architecture patterns in the cloud (AWS, GCP). • Experience developing event-driven distributed services (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).
