📋 Description

• You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining business processes in the SD - OTC module in SAP S/4HANA for rollout projects of service companies, as well as in projects for the incorporation of companies into the Grupo Boticário. • Design and document solutions to enable OTC processes across Grupo Boticário together with the team, ensuring quality of delivery and keeping related documentation up to date. • Maintain a holistic view of processes related to OTC. • Integrate with different teams to ensure cohesion of the processes to be implemented in SAP S/4HANA. • Move across squads, value streams, and chapters to remove impediments. • Responsible for the functional-technical detailing of processes, defining the best solutions aligned with the technology architecture strategy and following Information Security guidelines. • Conduct alignments with vendors to define technical specifications and to validate/test implemented processes. • Structure technology processes to ensure operational continuity in SAP S/4HANA after deployment, interacting with users, subject-matter experts and other Tech teams to detect and fix root causes and apply improvements. • Ensure solution quality by creating and executing test plans at different stages of the development flow. • Improve our solutions and processes by giving and receiving feedback and following best practices. • Willingness to learn, discover and share new business knowledge, methods and technologies. • Mentor and collaborate with less-experienced colleagues to guide deliveries and support their development. • Actively participate in project and initiative meetings, understand business processes and rules, and jointly seek the best technical solution to solve the problem.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes in SAP. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and implementation best practices using the SAP Activate methodology, aiming to keep the project as standard as possible (minimizing customizations). • Solid experience with SAP SD processes and solutions (SAP SD certification is a plus). • Experience in projects for service companies, rollouts and company integrations. • Execute/monitor unit, integration and regression tests. • Good practices in data security and compliance. • Ability to learn quickly and pursue continuous improvement. • Be up to date with changes between ECC and S/4 (table structures, business processes, etc.). • Comfortable working in a dynamic, transforming environment. • Plus: Knowledge of the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) ecosystem. • Plus: Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban.
