📋 Description

• Influence and lead the definition and planning of the team's activities to achieve tactical objectives, thereby contributing to the area’s strategic goals. • Develop solutions for complex problems that regularly require creativity and innovation. • Lead, influence, and share decisions in product implementation, understanding the domain of the products in which you participate and those of peer teams, actively promoting an architecture culture that enables iterative, autonomous, and scalable development. • Encourage a culture of quality within the team, guiding and promoting best development practices such as Code Review, Pair Programming, and Secure Development. • Influence and guide the team to develop a testing strategy, creating various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, and performance tests). • Promote a culture of monitoring for the products your team and peers work on, building and improving different types of product monitoring. • Lead the resolution of incidents within your team's domain and peer teams, developing both short-term mitigations and long-term remediation plans. • Drive the lifecycle of improvements (technical debt, process improvements, partner relationships), measuring results and aligning them with product objectives. • Create an environment of experimentation, encouraging investigation, testing, and documentation to propose the adoption of new technologies. • Work collaboratively, giving and receiving feedback with peers and leaders, and helping the team learn about practical improvements and patterns. • Identify opportunities to improve the team's technical and behavioral skills and influence the professional growth of team members. • Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely in writing and verbally, presenting technical and non-technical topics tailored to the audience. • Contribute to and encourage a team culture where people are empowered to share opinions and contribute to discussions respectfully. • Encourage the team to use operational data to improve the stability and performance of your team's and peer teams’ domains.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in product squads using agile development models oriented to business objectives. • Advanced programming experience in Node.js. • Experience developing hybrid applications and front-end using React Native and React. • Experience with applications using microservices and RESTful APIs. • Experience with approaches such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code. • Experience defining and building serverless architectures and container technologies, such as AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience building solutions with NoSQL databases (MongoDB and DynamoDB) and relational databases (such as PostgreSQL). • Experience building development pipelines for CI/CD. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI. • Experience with architecture patterns for distributed systems in the cloud (AWS, GCP). • Experience with a wide range of AWS products and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and SQS. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed, and diverse team.
