• Develop the Group's Digital Authority Plan and set goals, OKRs, and KPIs. • Lead influence strategies integrated with the sales funnel, CRM, and performance marketing. • Map, select, and manage influencers, physicians, faculty, and executive spokespeople. • Create content guidelines, scripts, guidance, and authority positioning. • Coordinate video, podcast, live stream, and institutional content campaigns. • Establish strategic partnerships with media outlets and influencer hubs. • Analyze metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion) and produce executive reports. • Ensure compliance and governance with CFM, CONAR, LGPD, and internal policies. • Structure and manage the Educar Mais Ambassadors Program. • Represent the Group at events, forums, and strategic initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, digital authority, or influencer management. • Proven track record of results with a focus on performance, sales, lead generation, and ROI. • Experience with corporate influencers (physicians, professors, executives). • Strong command of the marketing funnel, inbound marketing, UTMs, BI, and performance metrics. • Advanced knowledge of CFM, CONAR, and LGPD regulations as applied to communications. • Experience in content production and campaigns (videos, podcasts, digital media). • Strategic, analytical, and organized profile with a strong business mindset. • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
