📋 Description

• Monitor the customer journey in the after-sales phase, ensuring all contractual and operational steps are compliant. • Provide technical and administrative support to customers and partners, acting as the focal point for questions, requests and dealings with the Detrans (state traffic departments). • Monitor performance, satisfaction and productivity indicators, proposing continuous improvements to support and service processes. • Review contracts and documentation to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support and Legal) to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with quality. • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and public agencies, representing the company in a technical and consultative capacity. • Support processes for renewal of accreditations, registration changes and administrative blocks of ECVs. • Track official publications and manage requests with the Detrans. • Prepare reports and tracking spreadsheets, consolidating information in corporate systems. • Conduct technical and relationship-building visits to strengthen customer ties and trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in after-sales, technical or administrative support, preferably in companies related to the automotive sector, technology or regulatory bodies. • Knowledge of Detran processes and systems and ECV accreditation is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, proactive and results-oriented. • Ability to work autonomously, with analytical thinking and a consultative profile. • Proficiency with support tools (Zendesk, email, corporate WhatsApp) and Microsoft Office.
