📋 Description

• Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize the exchange. • Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage. • Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators. • Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders. • Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities. • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained engagement. • Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing. • Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics. • Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals. • Japanese language proficiency, especially for engaging with Japanese-speaking users, partners, or communities. • Nice to have: Existing network or working relationships with KOLs, professional traders, or crypto community leaders.
