📋 Description

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and project structures • Optimize product management tooling, including Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms • Create and maintain documentation for product processes, workflows, and best practices • Support the Manager of Product Management in implementing and refining team processes • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency • Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve requirements generation, documentation, and workflow efficiency • Assist with coordinating release activities, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and release documentation • Support beta rollout programs by managing participant lists, collecting feedback, and tracking issues • Maintain release metrics to help the team identify opportunities for improvement • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve product development efficiency • Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product team performance and project status • Work closely with Product Managers to understand their needs and pain points • Collaborate with engineering teams to align on tooling and process requirements
