• Own and manage the entire email marketing function across multiple Shopify stores • Manage automated flows and single campaigns end-to-end • Initiate and add new channels: SMS and WhatsApp marketing • Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and design • Report on campaign performance and track key metrics • Own and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely relevant campaigns • Pilot in-app notification campaigns • Aim to increase email revenue by at least 5% within first 90 days and grow returning customer rate • Collaborate with the performance-driven marketing team supporting multiple stores

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing within the Fashion or Home industry, particularly across Europe or the USA • Proven experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify • Experience in SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or in-app push notifications (big plus) • Skilled in creating both strategic and tactical email plans • Data-driven mindset; ability to measure and improve performance • Experience running A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and design • Proven ability to manage automated flows and single campaigns end-to-end • Ability to manage an email marketing calendar and report on campaign performance • Must provide a portfolio (strong requirement; application rejected without it) • Must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week • Must use Hubstaff to track hours worked • Independent Contractor status (not salaried)
