📋 Description

• Architect and orchestrate multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads. • Lead the creation of a high-impact sales collateral library, including compelling sales decks, product one-pagers, persuasive case studies, and targeted vertical playbooks that equip the sales team to close deals. • Engineer the complete lead lifecycle from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL). • Lead marketing's approach in the use of AI in our sales process. • Own the measurement of marketing's financial impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or a similar field. • Demonstrable expertise in designing and executing successful Demand Gen and ABM strategies leveraging intent data. • Deep, hands-on proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a must). • Strong command of analytics and reporting with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing marketing professionals.
