• Provide senior-level oversight of multi-state operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery • Develop, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices • Monitor regional performance and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk operational issues • Execute enterprise-level strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives • Partner with executive leadership on national growth strategies, new market expansion, and program launches • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance dashboards to drive results •Lead, coach, and develop regional Directors of Operations and senior operational leaders • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field (required) • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent senior-level operational leadership experience • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles • Proven success leading multi‑state or national operations in regulated environments • Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
