• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice • Create and deliver high value presentation materials • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes • Be a mentor and a coach
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years’ experience in Internal Audit, and/or Assurance functions • Excellent research and writing skills • Proven experience in SOX compliance and internal control environments • Strong track record of leading and delivering internal audit and second line assurance engagements • Deep understanding of internal control frameworks • Extensive experience leading end-to-end Internal Audit engagements • Familiarity with GRC platforms and emerging technologies • Strong analytical capability • Demonstrated executive presence • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Recognized subject matter expertise • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
