• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience • At least 3 years in data analytics within internal audit • At least 7 years in internal audit or broader data analytics roles • Demonstrated thought leadership in areas such as developing an Audit data analytics vision and strategy • Experience leading the development and execution of data analytics strategies across one or more internal audit functions • Strong analytical capabilities • Exceptional research and writing skills • Ability to translate evolving technology trends into practical guidance • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Recognized subject matter expertise • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multicultural teams
