• Create innovative insights for General Counsel and legal operations leaders • Remain ahead of the curve on trends and developments in CLM • Collaborate with peers and experts to evaluate vendors and market dynamics • Develop in-depth analysis and provide actionable advice to clients • Engage with clients regularly to deliver Gartner insights
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Knowledge of and experience with contracts management processes, workflows, and CLM technologies within corporations • Familiarity and experience with primary vendors in CLM space (e.g., Docusign, Ironclad, Agiloft, Malbek) • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Demonstrated executive presence; ability to establish credibility with stakeholders • Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients
