• Create innovative, thought provoking insights for General Counsel and legal operations leaders • Remain ahead of market trends and developments • Collaborate with peers to understand client challenges • Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client challenges • Provide actionable advice related to contracts management and CLM technologies • Deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Mentor and coach junior team members • Actively seek to help clients engage with Gartner insights
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Knowledge of and experience with contracts management processes, workflows, and CLM technologies • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the vendor market, functionalities, and capabilities related to CLM • Working knowledge of how GenAI trends and developments are impacting the CLM market • Experience and interest in advising and presenting to the most senior levels of an organization • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrated excellence in research and writing ability • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data • Strong business and financial acumen
