• Create innovative, thought-provoking “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership to meet client needs • Develop in-depth analysis to identify client barriers or needs and drive strategy forward • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions • Research, analyze, and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for various audiences • Provide sales support and help drive engagement with clients to meet priorities • Actively participate and collaborate with a diverse global team • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Be client-centric and engage clients regularly with insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience • 8+ years work experience in SaaS/software contract negotiations, technology procurement, category management, vendor management or software asset management • 5+ years hands-on experience negotiating SAP renewals • Subject matter expertise in SAP licensing • Experience with software license compliance risk assessment • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Demonstrable excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
