📋 Description

• Create high quality, clear, actionable, “must-have research” content focused on talent acquisition • Utilize exceptional research and analytical skills to produce insights • Deliver actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Develop in-depth analysis to identify root cause of client’s barriers or needs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions • Research, analyze, and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help Insights teams create content • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes for excellent service delivery • Mentor and support more junior team members • Actively seek to help clients engage regularly with Gartner insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent acquisition processes • Recent experience in the use and/or implementation of AI in talent acquisition • Knowledge of talent acquisition functional management, strategies, workflows, processes, metrics and technologies • Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle areas – candidate sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, hiring and onboarding – from both an operations and strategic/leadership perspective • Experience and comfort advising and working with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and their peers • Ability to establish credibility with C-level executives • Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements in your area of expertise in talent acquisition • Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables • Proven excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges • Strong communication skills - able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
