📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Enterprise Application/Software Engineering leaders reporting to CIOs • Delivering value through regular briefings, a mix of on-site and virtual workshops, roundtables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events • Use knowledge and expertise to coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and challenges • Work closely with several internal Gartner teams to ensure value is delivered • Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in the Applications space • 10+ years as a Senior Applications Leader OR Software Engineering Leader in roles such as Director of VP of Enterprise Applications/SWEL (reporting directly into a CIO) for a Fortune 1000 company • Experience in executive level roles within consulting, sales or customer facing positions • Expertise with modern enterprise application lifecycle management approaches such as: Moving from a Project to Product Focused Organization, AI usage in the software development lifecycle, Leading a Product Organization, Building Digital Platform(s), Transforming Solution Delivery (Agile, Devops, Design Thinking), ERP Transformation Initiatives, Customer Experience (Sales, Service, Digital Commerce), Application Strategy, Application Rationalization, Application Organizational Design, Business Value Realization, Implementing and Managing Cloud and Integration Platforms, Org Design and common Applications Operating Models • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
