📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Develop in-depth analysis to identify root cause of client’s barriers or overall needs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Identify research process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Broad knowledge of current and emerging leadership trends • Significant experience with people leadership topics • Practical experience leading investments in cloud computing • Experience formulating and articulating technology and business adoption scenarios • Experience developing guidance on AI infrastructure strategies • Knowledge of integrating AI solutions into existing network infrastructure • Knowledge of AI models and automation technologies • Experience working with challenging political dynamics of key stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams • Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
