📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value technology programmes for enterprise customers across global networking and managed services environments • Manage projects valued up to and above $5M across technology and managed service solutions • Manage up to three concurrent projects depending on size and complexity • Own projects through the full lifecycle from pre-sales engagement and design through operational handover • Establish and lead Project Boards and virtual project teams, including managing other Project Managers where required • Act as primary contact for project communications and stakeholder engagement • Facilitate internal and customer project meetings, including weekly status reviews • Produce project status reports and governance documentation • Develop and maintain Project Initiation Documents, including scope and customer critical success factors • Monitor progress using project tracking tools, Microsoft Project, and project management methodologies • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, actions, and dependencies • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting • Ensure adherence to change control and governance requirements • Produce customer-specific documentation • Track and report project effort against contracted services • Support quality assurance activities and governance reviews • Manage escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution • Improve project management methodologies, templates, and best practices • Support product launches and knowledge sharing • Mentor junior Project Management team members • Partner with Bid Management teams on large and complex customer opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualification or significant professional experience within an IT environment • 5+ years of Project Management experience within an ISP Managed Services, Enterprise Networking, or ICT environment • Experience managing project budgets up to and above $5M • Experience leading large, complex customer programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams • Strong project governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management experience • Experience using Microsoft Project and structured project management methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience managing project forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and escalation processes • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills • Experience mentoring and supporting junior project management professionals • Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments • Experience with SD-WAN and Security solutions • Prince II Practitioner, APMP, or another recognised project management qualification (nice to have) • Additional business qualifications (nice to have)
