📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain security systems and infrastructure. • Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, using intrusion detection and prevention systems. • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and work with system owners for resolution. • Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing detailed analysis and remediation. • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure software development and deployment. • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends. • Assist in compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of FIVE (5) relevant experience. • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual’s degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required. • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred • Typically performs all functional duties independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills • Familiarity with the application of AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH are desired
