📋 Description

• Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. • Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. • Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. • Debug and fix technical problems. • Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. • Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. • U.S. citizenship is required. • A Minimum of five (5) years of ServiceNow experience. • A bachelor's Degree is required. • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. • Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands. • Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
