📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture across one or more large programs or portfolios • Lead discovery and design workshops with customers to understand business and technical needs • Define reusable design patterns conforming to best practices that support long-term maintainability • Provide technical direction and mentoring to Architects, Lead Consultants, and Developers • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer architecture and leadership teams • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to resolve product questions and surface roadmap needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise software architecture, with relevant delivery lead experience • Deep expertise in Guidewire or similar products and architecture (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) • Strong command of Java, Gosu, REST APIs, cloud-native architecture • Proven ability to design and scale solutions across multiple workstreams or regions • Skilled in leading architectural governance and code/design review processes • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Multiple Guidewire certifications, including Cloud or Architect credentials • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and performance architecture
