📋 Description

• prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features • work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions • take ownership across the full technology stack • serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey • mentor and coach junior consultants on Guidewire methodology

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery • at least 1 year of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience • hands-on full-stack development experience including modern software engineering practices • proven experience mentoring and assisting teammates • strong communication and facilitation skills with business and technical audiences • ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency • nice to have: Guidewire Ace certification
