• Supervise the whole development team and projects. • Observe the performance and procedures of internal systems and suggest improvements to achieve more reliability on the procedures. • Make sure all the processes of development adhere to the security rules and regulations. • Understand the requirements of the project and set goals and timelines for each project. • Understand the objectives of the organization and build strategies for future projects accordingly. • Decide the budget for the department. • Find ways to improve cost efficiency. • Support the implementation of best engineering practices and innovative technologies. • Analyze policies for internal systems and equipment. • Maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and other related courses. • Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or other related courses. • Experience in the whole development process. • Understanding of cloud technologies. • Good knowledge of the industry. • Leadership qualities and strategic mindset.
