📋 Description

• Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Reviews Channels & Communities vertical across all regions (Europe, LATAM and US+Canada). • Actively monitor, protect and elevate Wellhub’s image and reputation across review platforms and digital communities. • Lead targeted initiatives to improve Wellhub’s reputation on major global review channels (e.g., Trustpilot, Google My Business, G2, Better Business Bureau, etc.). • Cultivate our community by establishing and maintaining a relevant and constructive Wellhub presence in digital communities such as Reddit. • Optimize workflows related to these channels, including how we respond to users, and ensure new processes, products and guidelines are communicated to the team. • Work cross-functionally with other teams, sharing user sentiment from the digital environment with internal stakeholders. • Escalate critical cases to leadership, presenting data analysis and proposed action plans, and monitor SLAs and metrics to ensure they are met. • Live the mission: inspire and empower Wellhubbers by prioritizing your own and your colleagues’ well-being. 🎯 Requirements

• University degree (BA/BSc) in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. • Relevant experience managing Review Channels and Communities, including platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Business, G2, Better Business Bureau and Reddit. • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk) and Data Analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau). Familiarity with social listening tools is a plus. • Excellent writing and editing skills, strong command of grammar and high attention to detail. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and Jira, and a solid understanding of user support KPIs. • Ability to work autonomously, lead your own projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
