📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive audits of partner profiles (e.g., photos, descriptions, amenities) to ensure compliance with platform standards and deliver a consistent user experience. • Identify and escalate partner content issues or discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and alignment with quality standards. • Occasionally interact with international stakeholders to ensure clear communication, foster cross-region collaboration, and strengthen intercultural partnerships. • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively present insights to leadership, identifying top-performing regions and areas that need improvement. • Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes across regions to ensure content quality and user reviews. • Develop and maintain tools such as CRM and other commercial management platforms to streamline operations and promote structured, efficient workflows. • Develop and implement controls, analytics, and reporting to improve team efficiency and scalability. • Demonstrate a strong continuous-improvement mindset and proactively contribute to creating scalable processes. • Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for yourself and your colleagues. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses. • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese (written and spoken), as the role involves working with global stakeholders. Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, or French is a strong plus. • Strong content auditing and review skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance. • Ability to research, solve conceptual problems, mobilize resources, and deliver results independently in challenging situations. • A broad interest in learning new skills, exploring new projects, and contributing beyond core responsibilities. • Excellent grammar and verbal/written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally among stakeholders and regions, and to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams across functions, backgrounds, and work styles. • Experience with Zendesk is a plus. • Genuine enthusiasm for contributing to and improving the Wellhub platform.
