• Work closely with the sales management team to support the Interventional Technologies portfolio, primarily serving customers in the United Kingdom and supporting distributors in Nordic countries • Meet existing and potential customers, including physicians and hospital-based clinical teams, to understand clinical needs and discuss and demonstrate vascular closure solutions • Provide clinical expertise and case coverage for vascular closure procedures • Support procedural excellence, product adoption, sales targets, company objectives, and revenue growth within the assigned region • Collaborate with sales management to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients • Serve as the primary clinical resource for coverage troubleshooting and in-service education • Engage customers in procedural and technical discussions about product, therapy, and technology developments • Link clinical data to key messaging • Identify customer needs and provide feasible solutions using company products • Communicate account information to the sales team and share competitive product and account insights • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products • Oversee local education and training activities, including program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, customers, staff, and administrators • Support monitoring of product inventory levels • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts or Science) • 5+ years of directly related experience in a hospital setting or medical device industry • Strong clinical orientation • Experience with products used in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians • Ability to persuasively communicate and tailor the Vascular Closure Value Proposition • Analytical skills and financial acumen, including understanding product performance and data impacts on a health system's bottom line • Ability to maintain good working relationships while handling sensitive and confidential matters • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports • Thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base • Ability to manage schedules effectively and efficiently • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Regular domestic and EU travel of 50% • Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant) preferred • Previous cardiovascular industry experience preferred • Previous vessel closure experience preferred • Previous clinical education and staff training experience preferred
